Yo tampoco solía hacerlo, pero un día hace mucho estaba en una temporada en la que estaba muy triste,me puse a reflexionar, perdonarme y autoabrazarme es raro todo eso, pero hacerlo seguido te hace calmar y sentirte mejor, todavía me faltan muchas mascaras que tengo que ver porque se que todavía tengo muchas cosas por mejorar y eso hace que este en un mejor entorno con personas que quiero.
