now for the fun stuff

notice that the dumpster is at the slightest angle from the building behind it. i did that on purpose, to hopefully annoy anyone inclined to notice

took my time two-point perspective-ing this together, gonna do some other stuff this way before moving onto more, uh, natural drawing, i guess

anyway, here's some stuff from what you might call the cutting room floor only this is all digital so there's no cutting and no room with a floor to cut above

the yellow one actually came first conceptually speaking. i was intending on making it look like this formless yellow miasma was pouring out, upwards, from his neck, but it looked silly so i gave up

the black ball was originally going to unfold into something like this, and i do still like the look of it but i felt it was a bit anti-climactic in a way, because it's like "oh, he hasn't got a mouth, what does he eat with?" and then this whole comic thing just to answer with "a mouth, actually, but there's a process"

this one's a lot like what I ended up doing, only it's piss.

originally I was gonna have this sort of thing as the background, but the panels were too small for it to be clear (the pillars just looked like vertical stripes) so i went with trees instead
